240 d Frybrid Kit Install

Hey Guys-
I am installing a two tank 3 port valve Frybrid kit. I have all the wiring done. The coolant lines are run and working good. I am having trouble running the fuel lines. Does anyone have any pictures or anything that can help me with this. I keep second guessing myself and moving them around. Most of my issues are with which bolt to JB weld and which lines to hook the valves to at the diesel filter. I find info on the 300d but not on the 240 d. I thank you so much for any info i am almost done.

You'll need and IP and some injectors in a year or so.

My mods are different.I don't return veggie to tank.I run in a loop,and return fuel goes back thru my FM100 filter again.So if I was to put valves,one would be at tanks,and at loop.Always so it would default to diesel mode.
See I send veg thru stock fuel lines,but mine is filtered to 5 microns,and cold filtered to remove animal fats.

Can't speak for a frybrid install, but they'd be all over this at frybrid.com. I believe fuel routing is not stock with the lift pump pushing through the filters, instead of pulling, could be wrong.

Michael,

I just finished installing my 3 valve Frybrid kit this past weekend on a 617. It's going to be the same for the 240, except you have more room :-)

Head on over to the Frybrid forum, some folks can help you there, and as a bonus you wont get a lot of negative 'WVO will ruin your engine' posts (it will, if you dont do it right).

Drop me a PM, I have plenty of pics of my routing, but it really depends on where you valves are. Id be happy to walk it through with you via the phone. I'd be happy if someone could learn from all the time I sank into getting my system going.
