True, he made a post on Benzworld last month. Either way he is my Slashdot hero.

Normally the conversations on Slashdot are a lot better than that. Right now it looks like 4chan came out of their hole.

On an unrelated note, where might I find more about roll-starting a 123. That's just something that's good to know.

w123's dont exactly roll start. If you can tow them at about 40mph, the back pump in the trans will make the trans work & so the motor will turn. I have started a couple that way. You just get towed in neutral and when your at 40-45 pull it into drive.

I wouldn't worry about those hidden comments. The way the moderation system works is that trolls who post crap like get booted to the bottom. However a couple actually got modded higher because it apparently is funny to rag on a guy who drives a benz :(
