Need Help. Electrical Gremlin

This is for the 1990 350sdl.

All of a sudden, these things stopped working:

-wipers
-rear windshield defroster
-all the windows
-windshield washer

all these pointed to the multipurpose relay. I bought a supposedly good relay from ebay.

Still no joy. What do you guys suggest? Assuming that there was nothing wrong with the relay to begin with, what else could it be? Please help!

I am wondering if there a fuse for the relay...if such a thing exists
