I found a good supplier of fluoroelastomer hose, same as viton without the name brand and a good price, but i dont have the id for them.
If anyone out there has the id in standard sizes for our cars please post.
I am most interested in knowing the metric and us standard conversion sizes for the injector return lines, the cigar hose and under the tank hoses for a w123, it be cool to know if someone knows all these dimensions and maybe even the lengths.

All the lbig lines are 5/16". John I've found the injector return lines to be 1/8" not 3/16".

the injector return lines are either 3.2mm or 3.5mm. the fuel supply lines are 7.5mm. i know people above have given sizes but the original hose are all sized in mm so the specs should be given in mm too.

Wall thickness is important on the return lines, too thick and they won't fit, too thin and they can pop off.
