Will this turbo fit

So my "rebuilt" turbo lasted just about 10,000 miles. Which is more then I expected. Unfortunately it is spewing oil again. I found this turbo on ebay
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320499607975&_trksid=p2759.l1259

It's technically for an 87, but the only difference I see is that thingy on the compressor manifold (I believe the real name is ARV but I could be wrong) Will this turbo fit? Can I use my compressor housing on this turbo to eliminate the ARV?
