Proper way to pull a 300D,W123 front seat

Many threads out there on the subject but they all seem to be lacking in 'how to' get to the rear mounting bolts and their location.

After the front two very obvious bolts are pulled the fun begins.

Locate the seat to its most forward position.

Pic 1 shows the seat raise handle. One person can do this. Pull the handle up and at the same time pull the seat forward. I did this from the drivers door.
The force put on the seat back was similar to trying to push the seat thru the windshield, mine didnt move easily.

Once moved, the 2 rear mounting bolts are very visible on the floor as shown in pics 2 and 3. Pic 4 shows how the plastic pieces are mated. Its not necessary to pull them apart as I learned.

Pic 5 shows the mounting bolt next to the drive shaft hump.

Pic 6 shows the location of the 1300 head bolt that mounts the seat belt slider to the seat.

And last, pic 7 shows the location under the front of the seat for the only electrical connection my seat has. I lifted all 3 of the metal tabs with one hand and just pulled the connector apart.

Id guess the seat weighs about 30 pounds so it is manageable.

The only mistake I made was getting impatient with the plastic cover for
the seat belt slider. oooops Hopefully someone will chime in on how to get the cover off properly.
