Is there anything special about the bolts on the w123 power steering pump?

I was having weird steering issues when parallel parking and found that two of the bolts from my PS pump were missing!

That means only one bolt left

I found one of the nuts laying inside the engine bay at the base of the fender, so I can use that to gauge the thread and size...

Do the bolts actually thread into the pump/mounting? Or is it just supposed to be a bolt/nut washer sort of thing?

I looked at the FSM, but it doesn't give clear details about the bolts, just what to loosen to take it off.
