The "accordion" section at the start of the exhaust pipe broke.

The exhaust is now louder as a result. Some exhaust leaks from the crack.

The end of the "accordion" section is now disconnected from the rest of the end pipe. It is due to age related corrosion.

I see this whole section of the exhaust for sale new. I'm looking to minimize cost.

Would this part of the exhaust be repairable at a muffler garage?

I believe that part is stainless steel. Pull the part and if its not too cracked have it welded.
