I finished my friend's 300TD today!!!
After about 7 months of mechanical repairs, rust repair and body work it's DONE!!

I have the identical wagon, and i have several beginnings of problems now that I have scrutinized it from top to bottom. NOTHING like that poor thing was to begin with! If I can get mine to look as nice as your customers, it will just Blow my mind! you should have gotten her cross bars as part of your payment for the car!

Chad: This tops it all for "shade tree restoration" I am especially interested in your steel patch/JB Weld/Filler repair work. As we all know, welding around the undercoating is a big problem.
When is the JB Weld technique called for? How well does it hold up?
