I posted this in the car audio section but did not get an answer yet and I would like to finish this project. I hope one of my diesel brothers can help.
I need to know if pin 7 (control) on the amp is provided a 12V signal or ground to turn on the amp. I installed a new head unit and had to run new speaker wires to the rear because of a botched install by the PO. The wires for the amp are still connected to the front door subs and power, I just used the new rear wires for the input.
It should work fine if I can just get the amp to turn on
. Below is the diagram I used to get the information on the system. Can one of you please help with this ?
