I love pick n pull

they got a 93 320TE wagon in the yard. I've spent the last 2 days gutting it. the entire interior is now mine. Grand total was close to 200 bucks. i'll find some little pieces here and there I need from other sources (here) and I'll have an Updated interior.

Anyone else pull off a great deal worth sharing?

I pulled an engine for my wagon the other day.

ugly as sin and covered in oil... but beautiful inside.

after I return the head it will be about $130 Might go back for the trans since it was obviously cared for

Why return the head? - What is your current head like? Why not have two?

Someone on here would probably love to have that head + more in your pocket!

Wait a minute - was it a head off a non-wagon?

Dang PNP core charge is only $4.99, thought it would be more than that for a head.

List it in the part forum and recoupe your money. heads are going to be hard to find one day.

Anyone that thinks a 240D is slow drives too fast.

I pulled a r/f fender, 2 head light doors, the 150mph spedo, 3.58 diff, all the interior carpet, and cloth door trim, and battery tray, was almost new off a 84 euro 230E. this thing also had ABS brakes.
also 2 sets of fuel injectors and lots of bags of nuts bolts, light bulbs and other do dads.

then a week ago pulled a 5 spd out of a 190E, another battery tray from a 240 and the fuel injector lines.
pulled both front seats out of a 79 280E and the carpet, will match our 240.

dragged home an oil cooler that looked good and some other wonderful stuff .

A 300D with a manual transmission and converted drive shaft was my greatest score. Pulled the tranny, driveshaft, and flywheel and started my turbo transplant.
