I was just reading through a couple of threads, one stated that it was underneath the coolant tank, another stated in front of the battery. I was attempting to address my temperature wheel settings. My system works fine with the exception of the temperature wheel. In other words it's not accurate. Fixes??

my 90 2.5l it was under the washer tank inline with the heater hoses.
my 93 2.5l it was over in front of the battery along with the mono valve.

yours is in one of those locations.
