search on the forum... lots of info.. it is the correct oil reduced to more viscous form.. that is why color matters.

You can get an assortment from ackits dot com or acsource dot com that will cover this car plus your next dozen a/c jobs regardless of make. It also has a bottle of Zylog which is the very best a/c o-ring assembly lube that you can use. The whole kit costs less than $30.

UH.... I have reservations about using generic O'rings ( like just an assorted size box ) for this stuff... O'rings are able to be measured.... so find what size a fitting needs and measure the o'ring before installing...
You may can stretch a slightly too small oring over a fitting ....and it wind up being too skinny to properly do the job. I think some kits are available specifically for particular models.. at least the 123 system had one at one time..

Someplace the actual size of the o'rings needed is listed...
they could be bought using that information I believe for much less than an assortment pack... when I got mine for the 240 123 it was about $5.00...packaged specifically for the 123... part number 100 from Carlisle Auto Air ....green ones...

True but I always find that sooner or later you will need the other part, chemical
size etc. Always be prepared ! Alan

What other kind of applications would these green orings be suitable for ?
Are there any uses which should be avoided...like something which would cause them to dissolve?

I'd not use a/c orings in a fuel line...
