81 380sl swap with a 84 2.2 motor.

I have both cars at my disposal ,the 84 2.2 motor has been gone thru and the trans is fine ,a rebuilt head was also installed. The 380sl has been sitting for the last 8 yrs and is not a basket case ,but close. It would need some rust issues addressed to get the body in shape .Its motor is needing a complete rebuild .Its not an exciting high HP swap ,but more of an econo build.Im still looking at what I would be lugging around in extra weight.Does anyone know what the 380sl weighs ,I believe the 190d is around 2700lbs.If I can accomplish around 3000lbs for a final weight of vehicle I might go ahead with this little project.
