In pulling apart my dash to test for shutoff valve issues i noticed a black disconnected vacuum line running through the firewall into the cabin (with the brown, green/yellow and white lines). This black line comes off the Vacuum Control Valve just below the Alda. Should this be attached into any other line in the cabin or is a just a breather line? I don't have the dashboard gauges pulled out so there isn't much room to look around for another line and i can't see anything from below.

Just used a few different words in my search, and if my W124 is like the W123 it sounds like the black line is in fact just a breather line and should not be connected to anything.
