84 euro 300d manual shift linkage
I have this car and I was missing 2 of the shift rods
I found a 240d in the junk yard ant took the ones off of it can someone post pics of the linkage so i can see where these all go (chime in if you know of a compatability issue )

You'll need to shorten the linkages anyway since their too long. 240D has a shorter motor, thus the transmission is farther forward, thus the linkages are longer.

He's parting out the exact same model so you should be able to get the correct parts.

shorten the 240 rods 3.75 to 4 inches and rethread, look for swap posts as this is a common mod
