Congrats! A crack-free blue W124 dash is a rare beast, especially in sunny states like Florida. Most of us end up buying a black dash and painting it to match.

You're gonna want to go ahead and grab that steering wheel cover while you're there, mkkkkkkkkkk.

I ended up ditching the front doors because A) it was $30 more for the regulators and I didn't want to spend time pulling them out and B) there was rust on the bottom of the door I didn't see before I pulled them.

The rear doors had some rust too, but nothing major at all that can't be fixed. I also pulled the passenger side fender and the rear hatch.

So all I have left to get for Norm is front doors and a drivers side fender!

You fortunate guy. That dash looks real good. Did you peek under the steering wheel cover to see if it was any good?

I guess we did. I saw the SDL. Their prices for engines is decent. I'd like to buy the SDL engine but I have no room. I should have pulled the vacuum pump to see what it had but I was tired of being in the sun.

Didn't bother since my wheel is perfect and I didn't have the torx or what ever the tool is to remove the airbag

Where do you see that? I know I saw a green one, but I think it was an XJ6...
