1987 300 Turbo Diesel: Is this the Klima? (a/c diagnosis, climate control)

Trying to get my AC rolling before I sweat through the seats. From the forums I've gathered the Klima is a good place to start. Here are some pictures:

I found a couple of relays behind the fuses:

Is that white square around the Klima?

Relay in question pulled out.

It doesn't say "klima" on it, so maybe its an aftermarket part? Is this the Klima, or what?
