What does a 2204d body style look like

I am chasing down a craigslist ad for a "4x4" mercedes The seller has no pix and I have no idea what he has. Anyone have a clue what this is, is it a Gwagen or Unimog or what . He says the title indicates a 2204 body style . Thanks Guys
