Wiper bolts "cap" removal. help
W126 wiper arm removal. The guide says:
Step 1- lift up the caps to get to the bolt. For the life of me, I cannot lift up the caps. I can see it bending to the point of breaking the plastic. Is there a trick to it? Please help.

The wiper arm must but in the up position, then pull the cap up while you lower the wiper arm back down against the windshield.

Try folding the blades away from the windshield first.

Remove wiper cap
It's one of those things you slap your head after you see it done. Use an angled pick at the base of the plastic cover, where there's a little seam where it meets the metal. Work it around and up and the cover will pop up.
