Where to buy rear hatch window seal?

I've got a rust free rear hatch that's going to be put on the car, but i need a replacement seal for the rear window. None of my usual online suppliers have it, it looks to be a dealer only part.

Who's got good prices on dealer only parts? I don't mind paying shipping if I can avoid the usual dealer markups.

I also need a hydraulic actuator rebuild kit if anybody has some good knowledge of that too.
