recently installed tie rods. noise...

Hello. Installed tie rods about a week and a few days ago. The tie rods make noise (not a clunk. It's like a rubbing sound) only when I first get the car going. It usually stop after a few minutes. Is this something to be concerned about? Now... Am I 100% sure it's the tie rods? No but I don't remember this noise being there before. I also installed a steering damper but I doubt that's it. My driver's side upper control arm needs to be changed but that's definitely not the noise I'm hearing.

I could possibly record the sound of the noise if necessary.

Forgot to mention that the alignment that was done was a quick and dirty one. Would that have anything to do with it? I didn't want to take the car in for a proper alignment until I got the upper control arm installed.
