Need some help! 1978 300D 123130

I was calibrating the valves on my 1978 300D W123 this afternoon and found two valves Cylinder 3 and 4 (intake ans exhaust) that I couldn't adjust,

any tips?

is it possible that the valve guide needs to be replaced?

Any help i really would appreciate! Thanks guys!
