93 300e gauges interchange with 87 300d?

Anyone know if I can swap in a 93 300e gauge cluster for my broken 87 cluster?

The speedo will be off, not sure about the other gauges.

dood! I didn't know your cluster was broken, I'll get you a cluster out of one of my cars.
I've got a 90 E, the 93D either one should work fine, what's broken in yours?

The fuel gauge will say "Unleaded only" and the tach and speedo may not be accurate. The other gauges should be OK.

IIRC the 93 300E (M104) has a 2.65 rear so the speedo should be accurate. Earlier 300Es have a different ratio.

True also with the other M104 ('94 & '95) cars; 2.65:1 diff.
