Fuel Filter bleed 300CD 1982

I have bought Chilton's and fuel filters for the motor. Looking in Chilton's it is stated that there should be a priming pump adjacent to the injectors to prime after replacing the filters. Apparently there is no such pump on this engine. It was replaced the engine in 2003, So I don't know what year the engine is....

What can be done to bleed system afer replacing filters without priming pump?

The Hand Primer Pump is on the side of the Fuel Injection Pump. Perhaps someone at Chilton eliminated some of what they thought were un-needed text and it ended up as Injector instead of Fuel Injection Pump.

Yup, you probably have the new style primer pump that doesn't look like the picture in the Chilton's book. See post 8 on the linked thread for a picture of the new style primer pump.
