West Dallas PNP find...

I went to the west Dallas PNP to look around today and found two 116 300SDs in good shape, a 123 240D in decent shape and then an 80 300TD that just arrived a couple of days ago:

The engine is all there sans the radiator. Head w/ pump still there too. I know somebody needs this

That stack of papers in the glove box is all the factory manuals that show the car was dealer maintained till the mid 90's, then the rest of the papers are probably every receipt from that car from then till now. I left everything in there for the next person to see. I would imagine that is a good, well maintained motor, but who knows.

Anyways, there are some very good interior parts for all who need them.

Nice find.

What condition is the body moulding on the left 1/4 panel of the 300TD?

I Got It

I took the SLS pump, SLS valve , and several other parts. If the tranny is good (may try to contact the PO) , I may take the motor/tranny (my `81 300D needs a 722.1). I fear the tranny is the reason the car is in the wrecking yard to start with. Its a shame- its a decent car.
