black and white cloth interior from euro 300D
WOW, Just WOW.
this is just a beautiful interior! black bolsters, and door panels, white headliner, and manual sunroof, and intertwined b&w seat panels. pics don't do it justice. aside from the 617 flywheel, and the correct manual driveshaft, I am sooo stoked on the car I just got! Thanks daw!

parts only.
serious rust in all the likely places. ventilated floorpan, jack points, etc etc... having seen what chad has resurrected before, it'd be a fine candidate for restoration for him, but not me! the hood shows signs of having flipped up in the past too... the headlight doors are nearly perfect, the doors look good from the outside, I'll inspect them for rust though. at least the car will live on in others!

Same interior as the coupe i have.. Only problem with cloth interiors the bolster gets messed up after a while.. Noticed the bolster on the car you have have mb tex already... :-) Still a very nice interior to have...

yeah, I noticed the driver's side bolster is black leather/vinyl and the others are all cloth, is this a repair done in the past?
it matches perfectly the PERFECT door panels. oh... I bled the fuel injector lines, and the thing DRIVES!!! I drove it off the trailer, and parked it perfectly! motor feels quite strong, no smoke, and smooth idle... I'm looking over the car more carefully now, and I think I will drive it like it is for a while, after I swap in some windows... then in the spring, do some body repairs to the jack points, and see what's up with the floor pan. small hole in the center somewhere, and the rear fenderwells have bubbles in them, not sure I wanna attempt rust repairs or not, but I'll drive the heck out of this this$$$ fuel season... 4 speed ought to help the economy! I gave up the hubcaps when I got the car, so I'll put on a set of blue or ivory caps for the winter... I LOVE THIS CAR!!!

My W201 has that same cloth interior (Euro model). I've learned to put my left hand back so that it covers the bolster as I slide into the seat - I could see early on that the slight fuzz there on the bolster was likely to wear through if I didn't take care.
