Dash is cracked. I had to give $75 for one that I bought. Seats are leather and are repairable based on info I found when looking at doing a color change for my car. Climate control heat works. He replaced compressor but said something is wrong. He gets the same pressure on high & low sides. Had compressor receipt and winter is here so AC drops on the priority list. Paint is a cheap respray but looked surprisingly good. The forum is always a good reality check - price too high AND good SDs paint, mechanicals & aesthetics are hard to find. (People here are cheap also.)

I'm not sure what you mean by trashed. I forgot to mention in my other post about the other issues, first whether the owner had a proper running car BEFORE putting the grease kit onto it, and second did he adhere to good shut-down procedures.

The knowledgeable greasers do oil analysis every 12 months.

You would have to hope for the best and plan for the worst: that within a few thousand miles you might start seeing ring problems.
