flywheel question
is the flywheel from a stick shift 190 gas car good for converting diesal to stick,i saw one at harrys u puill it and was not sure to take it or not

Yes.
The two I have are from a gas and diesel w201 and they are identical.

I had two of them for my swap, one was noticeably heavier than the other.

There are different flywheels for different diesel engines, the flywheel from a 4 cylinder OM601 is different in that it is lighter than the flywheel from a 5 cylinder OM602.
Generally speaking the bigger the engine the heavier the flywheel for diesel engines. |

mine are from the om601 and the 2.3(whatever number it is), they weigh the same. I am sure there are several FW's used but these two are the same.

pull it or leave it?
i pass by the yard every day but sunday.should i grab it to sell or is it not worth the time to do it...tranny is out and cars are up high on stands.just flywheel bolts amd it falls out.

It will work regardless of the weight. Some say a light FW vibrates but from what I have been told that is only an issue on 5 cyl engines.
Grab it.
