Did a search, but came up dry. Yesterday the new front door bellows I ordered for the 83 300D arrived! Now, can anyone point me to a tutorial on how to replace them. I suppose I could slit them lengthwise and put them over the wires like wire loom, but that would defeat the purpose!

Any help greatly appreciated, as I think that is where my passenger side water leak is coming from.

I'd assume disconnect everything in the door and pull it through the hole, slip the new bellow over it and put everything back.

They are the little rubber accordian type things that cover the vacuum lines and wires where they go between the door and the front door pillar. At least that is what I have heard them called

yup. take all the electrical wiring loose, and pull it through the bellows... it's simpler to remove the door for this part...
disconnect all the wiring from the seat control, and the window motor... then take the door hinge bolts out, gently pull the door away, be sure you have a place to set it before you begin! and it helps greatly to have assistance! pull out the old broken bellows, put the new one on the door frame, and put the door back together while fishing the wires through the hole... simple NOT!
