I see in manual it says remove nut holding it on. But i can't get the cover that is over the nut to move.

Pivot the the wiper arm 90 degrees down away from the car. The nut will be accessible then.

I would also hold the wiper arm as you loosen the nut so you don't put a ton of strain on the plastic gears inside the wiper motor.
