W124 seats in a W126?

I've done a search and couldn't find a definite answer.

Will seats from a W124 fit into a W126?
I realize I will probably have to redo some wiring.

The bolt locations are not the same :(

I think the seats can come off the rails, and mount successfully on the 126 rails...
