Clean it out & see if it comes back. It would be worth your while to run the crankcase vent down towards the road for a drive while the inlet connection where it goes to the intake is sealed off. If the oil re appears its probably your turbo seal.

This is the car that I'm currently in the middle of having the head gasket (head?) replaced... So no way to really do any testing, but since it's all going to be off anyways, now would be the time to replace any bad seals etc in the turbo..

I've seen this a few times.
The 603 has a 'built in' oil separator inside the valve cover, under the riveted cover plate. It's spring loaded and IIRC it's also is supposed to open or close with temps. I have NOT yet taken mine apart but I am planning on it. If I can't fix the factory design, I'll likely go with an aircraft type separator on the outside and see if I can plumb the oil back into the dip tube. I think the FSM says to replace the whole valve cover. The 60X series DOES need a small amount of oil in the intake to help the valve seats so you do not want to shut it off all together. "KarTek" (Evan) probably knows more about it.

As mentioned above, looks like it's from the crank breather which empties into the rubber boot just upstream of the turbo. If it were turbo seals, it probably wouldn't send oil upwind.
