W211 420CDI removal of head rest of front seats

hi everybody,

I need to remove the head rest of the front seats of my 420CDI (year 2008). the car is equipped with full electric, heated and ventilated seats. can someone post the procedure to do that ?

If they are the same as the W210 then use power to raise them to highest position and then lift them out. It's mentioned in the W210 owners manual so you might check yours.
