I don't have a belly pan, but I do have a lift...and I can see all the way from the bottom to the IP. I can also see the top. I already sprayed it all clean with break clean and dried it all off.....then put it on the lift and watch both the top and the bottom....no leak....drove it for a couple days, and parked it....and the next day there was a big spot on the ground.

OK, I did some more research and this is still stumping me.
I drove the car for a couple hours over the weekend and then put it on my lift. I left it there for 2 days, and no leak. I kept looking under it and it never dripped. Now before that, it was parked in my garage for a couple days and there was a good size spot on the ground. What would make it leak sometimes and not others? Is there something that happens after an extended parked period, that would release fuel? I hate problems that only happen every now and then.
