SMOKE/ SIZZLING CONTINUED

I started a thread on 03/28/2011 with the above title of SMOKE/ SIZZLING. Yesterday I reported back that the car started right up after changing all the GP and I ran it for about five minutes driving around the block. Today my wife went to use it, it started immediately ran rough then died and now it cranks but, does not start. I did not remove any fuel lines or do any other maintenance to the car. Any ideas anyone????
