transmission problems with my 300D 1995

I rebuilt transmission more than 1 year ago, and recently noticed that it takes a few seconds after I press gas pedal to start moving. To the reverse is even worse. Yesterday I went from my home and just when got on the road trans. stopped working. Tried movind into all gears but nothing.
A few times trans. did not want to switch into a 3rd gear when climate switch was in ON. (or maybe in OFF, I am not sure.) So, Is it possible that the problem can be with the vacuum. Please if anybody has some experience with this, let me know.
Thank you, zxdent

Your symptoms don't sound like a vacuum problem to me.

Yep, sounds like rebuild didn't last too long. Vacuum won't affect first gear or reverse........

Bummer. Have you checked the fluid level?
