'85 300CD--What to do: 3 heater hoses discontinued

I am planning to replace my leaking (at the crimp area on top) radiator, replace the old coolant, and replace all (11 of them) of the original heater hoses.
The problem: 3 of the hoses are "discontinued" according to multiple sources.
Phil, etc.

Any ideas about what to do?

Is there such a possibility as taking the old hoses to a shop and having them fabric replacements?

Last resort,I suppose, is to take the hoses to an auto parts store and see if they have ones that approximate the shape and length of my old ones.

Thanks for any advice with this one.

These 3 heater hoses

1. From monovale to the hard line that eventually feeds the auxiliary water pump. More or less, it looks like a half circle.

2. From the hard line that comes from the monovalve and connects to the auxiliary water pump. It is NOT the straight hose that is shown on the EPC for this vehicle and is installed on my 1983 W123. My '85 is the Calif. version w/trap oxidizer and stout air filter. Thus. this hose is shaped like a Z except that the vertical line in the Z is straight and not diagonal.

3. On the firewall and adjacent to the brake booster. More or less, it looks like holding your thumb up and sticking your index finger out (the gun sign).

It generally is the straight line (or mostly straight) hoses that are no longer carried. Buy a length of the straight hose from Fast Lane Parts and make your own. I just had the same problem on my change over from 240D to 300D. The ones that are difficult will always be available.

If you make the ' run ' you need from wax... and do multiple layers of Silicone wrapped by nylon thread.... letting them set up before the next layer...alternate the angle of the thread wraps like you would electrical tape... then melt out the wax... you could make some super ones ...

I don't really have the time/materials to make my own, so...

Yes, I've tried Phil and others as I mentioned in the initial post. Not a good time for finding these 3 hoses new apparently. Maybe I'll find an approximate match through a local Napa/BAP/O'Reily's/AutoZone...I hope...

Since the Straigh Hoses have already been commented on; for others who might need curved Hoses and want them fast:

Take them to the local AutpParts and look at there selection of formed Heater Hoses. Pic one that has the bend/s you need and cut and cut the section out that you need and use that.

In my area the local O'relly Auto Parts has the Coolant Hoses out in the isles so you can pic and choose the one you want.

Another choice are generic Silicone Heater Hoses that come both straight and in formed sections; sold at gasser race type Stores.

I'd imagine a dealer can still get those....they can get just about everything, and if not, classic center.

Thanks

Thanks for all of the great feedback! I sure appreciate it.

It looks like the M-B Classic Center is my solution. I spoke w/them yesterday and the guy I worked with said he could get the three hoses I need from around the U.S. I'll find out for sure around the middle of next week when the package arrives. It will be so great if I have all of the hoses when I replace the radiator (it is failing at the crimp on top) and the coolant.

UPDATE:
I have received the three hoses and they are exactly what I needed!
