Leaking roof of a 87 300 Wagon
I'm having an issue I've not had before, the Sunroof's front right corner was leaking when it was raining today... It's never done this before, Where are the drains, I would like to check them. Also what else can it be? this is the first time I've ever noticed leaking like this, it also appears as if I'm missing some sort of Gasket around the outer lip of the roof but I dont have pictures to See if I am or not... currently my car is covered with a tarp which will go over real well with the HOA monday....

Hi
any leaks down the pillars you should check for rusting inside them, if you only just spotted it you may be in time, get some cavity 'wax' up there at least  cheers!

I wonder if it's possible to send a snake down the drains until they poke out the bottom of the car, to free the blockage?
Or use compressed air to shoot up into the drain hole from below and see if a wad of crud flies out? I've been so tempted to get one of those snake video cameras for jobs like this, to inspect in areas where there is just no way to see without.

Not sure if it's. Drain issue or gasket issue it only just started to leak... It was fine before. It's not stopped raining long Enough for me to go out and look, Is there an upper gasket that goes around the sunroof? Like I said I think there was one there but can't remember for sure.....

My S leaks,no one here could find a fix,so I just don't drive her in the rain.Stays clean.

Checked the drains, they are clear top and bottom... I'm stumped

it's a drain or a rust issue.
the gaskets around the sunroof do NOT seal out water.

if your sunroof POURS water in during a drive in the rain, your sunroof may not be closing correctly, and you may be FUNNELING water in faster than the drains can accommodate.

this was just a drip drip drip sort of thing. There's no rust on my car... Today when I got out there it wasnt doing it when I ran around town... This is a Flummoxing problem
