after Sits for an hour, gotta use primer pump (which sprays fuel when I do it).
Also leaking oil from the line that goes from oil pan to up under air filter.

Well OK, so now you started a new post. You probably didn't see a couple of replies to your first post, and you should have continued on with that one. OK then, lets go from this post then and I think you have a leaky "screw type" primer pump which is spraying fuel on your hands when you are pumping it, and as soon as you quit pump it allows air into the system with the same leaks and then your fuel system is full of air. Now it needs great quantities of air to run, but it has to come in at the right place, and the IP is a bad place for air. I will paste this answer to your other post also - we should continue with that one.

Replace the leaking primer pump.

Here is the correct part with adapter.
