Found my fuel leak

It looks like the seals for my fuel sending unit have failed. I've never replaced them before but from the attached diagram it doesn't look to be too hard to do. Looks like I need seal # 20 and 17. #20 goes between the tank and the sending unit, #17 between the sending unit and the flange. Right? What tool do you use to remove the flange? Thanks.
