on a w126, which vents should I get heat through?

1982 300sd. Tons of floor and defrost heat. No heat through center vents (any of the ones in the wood grain) Lots of a/c through those. Cabin warms up quickly but it's also not that cold this time of year.

The car is new to me and I'm working through things as I notice them. Better to get the heat working before I really need it. A/C working well.

Anyways, just curious.

It doesn't matter if you know what you're doing, as long as you look like you know what you're doing.

No heat from center. That's how it's designed. It can be modified.
