Need parts in buffalo NY or cheap 240d

I need to find a pulley, fan, woodruff key, and nut for my new alternator or else just sell this car here and get a rental to drive home.

The alt went out in Richmond, after driving six hours, then the replacement sheared the fan key slot and then backed the nut off. Causing the pulley the fly past me on shoulder of I90 Just in Bufalow new York.

So any suggestions or parts places or offers on the car would be welcome. I need to get this done today. or tomorrow. Has greascar kit installed and brand new alternator!!!!!
Without pulley of course.

Get an adjustable belt to go around the water pump and main pulley, then drive it home without an alternator. The engine doesn't need electricity to run.

Where can I get an adjustable belt? I have never hear of that. !?!? Like a pants belt?

Not sure where they are available but I've seen them before. Check auto parts stores Or get a belt that just goes around the water pump and main pulley. Run a piece of string around it to get the approximate length and then just force it on the pulleys since there will be no adjustment. You'll probably have to cut it off when you're done.

Harbor Freight has them:

Old MB diesel drivers are probably one of the few remaining class of drivers who could benefit from carrying one of these adjustable v-belts in their trunks.

I got to a parts store on my birthday and had the guy cut an alternator off a CD to replace the bad one, got it in and GTG.

Made it up to toronto and back to wilmington nc. Then drove it a few more months and now my buddy owns it and puts a few hundred miles a week on it heading to work.

Just wanted to give this story a happy ending.
