87 190d body parts
I was given a 1987 190d Mercedes that was part of an estate. This benz has been sitting in a garage for the last 6 years. Other then being dirty the car looks to be in excellent shape for its age. I am trying to locate the front bumper cover. After looking at several donor cars at a salvage yard I have not been able to locate one in good shape. I have also noticed that this 190 has vents on the right front fender yet the driver’s side does not. None of the cars I found at the salvage yard had this. Could this be an aftermarket fender? The rest of the car looks to be original and with 118000 miles I think this car should last a long time. Any advice on where to locate an OEM front bumper cover would be greatly appreciated.

The right fender is one of the most valuable parts on the car. It is a one year only fender in the US and there were only 1300 87 190D turbos imported. Where are you located?

I am in Dania Beach,Fl. The car has some issues(leaking IP,A/C does not blow cold) but with a good cleaning and some minor repairs should be a good daily driver. I have been searching the site for parts with no luck so far.
