Mystery fuse box in 75 300D - PHOTO

Hi Everyone, I was hoping someone could tell me what this fuse controls. I have noticed that there is no continuity in the circuit for this fuse. I have cleaned the contacts and in fact checked the continuity of the wires themselves, and the circuit is broken.

Blower motor?
