I see a nice white W115 there. Who owns that car? I have an identical 1975 300D, white over red MBtex also.

Honestly I baked in the sun so long cooking all that meat I pretty much forgot my own name. It was purty though.

I was shocked to see that too. It was a Blue Ridge MB customer car a 10/73 manufacture 240D 4 speed that Jonathan's dad drove to the meet. The most impressive part was that it had a 1 Million KM badge on it.

I will try to get those photos developed soon. I was baked to a crisp too under that Georgia sun so I hope the pictures from the 2.8F turn out okay.

BTW did anyone hear if Will sp? and Chris made it back to the Columbia SC area in the 1990 300E that sprang a heater box radiator hose leak several miles from the meet?

Wow. Great pics. I'm thinking I might have to organize something for the Midwest one of these days. It would be great to meet other folks and look at some nice rides.

I only got about half the cars. Traffic was miserable on the perimeter and many people trickled in.

The young kid with the fintail was in the Star mag a year or so ago. Great story behind that car (and it's driver!).
