W115 Diesel Values?
Hey Guys,
I've been out of the diesel world for quite a few years now after owning over a dozen (mostly) W123 diesels over many years. I'm looking to get back in again & was wondering what a good W115 240D is going for these days. I know the W123's are worth quite a bit more than were 5-10yrs ago, but there seems to be precious few W115 diesels out there for sale to get a feel for their values these days. People on eBay seem to be paying a mint for the gasser W115's (like $6k for a carb-ed version???)... I'm sure that's the exception not the rule, but it was surprising. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

ive seen w115s for around 700. i am selling mine for 2500. ive seen them as high as 5000. it depends on the rust/ condition, but i know for sure they arent paying a mint for the diesel w115s.

I paid $800 for mine, but I'll be close to having $3000 total in it before nice daily driver is achieved.
Here is a few interesting one's I see around the internet: This would seem to represent near the top end of what I would pay: 220D (my favorite with small bumpers and wind wings) claims all records, second owner $4200 Middle of the road: one owner 107K miles $2200 Near the bottom: $900 needs oil pan Interesting 200D euro $2995 seems high though
