Pop testers unite
What are other people finding for spring rates for injector pop pressure adjustment ie how many psi increase for each .001 of additional shim thickness? I am getting in the neighborhood of 50 Psi. Since my guage is calibrated in psi not bars that is how I am working.

I typically get a 20-40psi incremental change when going to the next shim size, which is more like .002" difference in shim thickness. The 617.95 FSM advertises a 3 bar delta per increment. For sure, results are quite variable.

Where are you buying the shims from?
