300 SDL Power Loss when warm

I have been trying to resolve the problem with my 300 SDL for last few years. It has black smoke at start. I replaced the over boost protection switch. It gained power since then, but it looses power when it reaches 80 degree C. It seems it is starving on fuel. If some one has an idea what could be the cause? I have replaced all the fuel filters, air filter, tank filter. It labours when warm up and does 0-100 Kms in 25 seconds.
