parking light

I can't get the left parking light to work (124)turn signal works fine, and i replaced the lamp with a known good one (both filaments good). The fuse for the left park & left tail is good, and left tail works fine. I will check for 12 volts at the socket next (ran out of time) but any other ideas? Does the parking light power pass thru the multi function switch?

Thanks, B

Inspect for corrosion around the base of the socket, I had a similar issue. No turn signal, but the parking light worked and the bulb was fine. I had green/white powdery junk around the base of one of the male pins.

Parking lights (and most of the exterior lights) do run individually through the lamp failure monitor, which is the largest relay in the relay panel.
